DRILLING SUPERVISOR

Requirement

• High school or higher level education and more than 15 years of oil field experience in a supervisory capacity; or an equivalent combination of education and/or relevant experience;
• Experience in handling drilling high pressure and high temperature (HPHT) well;
• Posses basic geology, geophysical, reservoir/petroleum, oil & gas operation, especially in HPHT environment, well control, drilling through fracture carbonate with loss/ kick issues
Risk Management, well log, cementing, directional drilling, hazardous waste operations
Testing and Completion Fundamentals, drilling fluids, environment and safety;
• Able to demonstrate Leadership skills, communication skills, team player, and problem solving;
• Strong ability to manage risk and ability to perform in high stress situations.

SENIOR LEGAL COUNSEL

Requirement:

• Law degree from a recognized Indonesian university and having master degree from overseas university is preferable;
• Able to professionally and with confidence negotiate, draft, review and conclude contracts in a practical and efficient manner;
• Seven (7) years of experience as a corporate or transactional attorney with at least 3 years representing or employed by companies in the oil & gas industry;
• Familiarity with the customs, standards and development of the oil & gas industry and its regulation in Indonesia;
• In depth knowledge of Indonesian civil, commercial and oil and gas law and regulation and general familiarity with tax. Import / export and land use laws;
• Ability to work under pressure and deal with culturally diverse people;
• Ability to travel to within Indonesia and occasionally to other cities in Southeast Asia (about 10 % of time);
• Good oral and written communication skills;
• Ability to respond to operational needs on a timely basis, including outside of normal working hours when necessary;
• Positive attitude towards and proven experience in working with and coordinating teams of diverse professionals.

SENIOR PROCESSS ENGINEER

Requirement:

• Engineering degree from a recognized University in the discipline;
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Oil and Gas sector for engineering in the Process discipline;
• Minimum of 3 years of Pre-project / pre FEED activity for Process discipline;
• Fluent in English, written and spoken;
• Proficient with Oil and Gas International Codes and Standards and soft ware for the discipline;
• Previous experiences in Flow Assurance studies.

ROLES:

* Although based in Jakarta, this position will require considerable field work by the incumbent

Legal & Contract Coordinator
ROLES:

* Provide advice on legal matters related to Dart’s business activities, including potential risks and suggested mitigating actions.
* Support the growth of Dart Energy Indonesia, including the development and implementation of corporate governance policies and procedures.
* Advise Dart Indonesia management and the business development teams regarding the management of legal and commercial risks associated with new investment opportunities.
* Advise the commercial term during farm-in/farm out negotiation and GSA negotiation
* Providing advice on the structuring of transactions, compliance and corporate governance issues, management of local and regional legal issues
* Negotiation and drafting of framework and/or operating agreements and other documents required for the conduct of business
* Negotiation and drafting of agreements for the procurement of goods and services required by Dart’s operated assets
* Negotiation and resolution of legal and business issues encountered in the operation of the business, with an emphasis on a business-focused approach that complies with Dart’s policies and applicable laws, and supports Dart’s long-term interests and objectives.
* Representing the company in negotiations and discussions and other dealings with regulators, government authorities, industry associations, customers, consultants and other third parties

Drilling Supervisor
POSITION PURPOSE:
The Drilling Supervisor is responsible for coordination of drilling programs

ROLES:

* Supervise the safety of all personal and machinery involved in all day to day operations.
* Supervise nippleing up of well head and BOP’S and also casing leak of tests.
* Direct supervision and successful implementation of all drilling operations in accordance with good industry practice
* Monitor and report non-productive time, investigate and implement improvements to minimise non-productive time and total well drilling/completion times
* Supervise work over and work over fishing operation
* Supervise well head and surface facility’s installations
* Monitor well equipment
* Supervise the lay down Area and workshop state of neatness and tideness

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Minimum Bachelor Degree in Petroleum, Geologist, Mechanical
* Minimum 10 years of drilling experiences in oil and gas/mining industry
* Industry specific courses and training such as Blow Out Prevention and Well Control Certificate, Permit to Work
* Senior first aid certificate
* Self-motivated, team work oriented, able to work under tight schedules.
* This position will require at field work back to back by the incumbent

Reporting to the upper management, this position will be accountable for supervising day to day drilling rig operations and coordination with all key personnel in order to maximize the efficiency and cost effectiveness of onsite operations as well as liaising with client representatives on a regular basis.

Duties may include, but not be limited to:

Requirements :

* Male/ Female, max. 40 years old

* Proficient in financial planning and analysis (budgeting, forecasting, and analysis of variances)

Reporting to the Operation Manager :

* Responsibilities include manage maintenance and repair drilling rigs, cars, truck, and heavy equipments in coordination with all mechanics in order to maximize time efficiency and cost effectiveness of the drilling rigs, cars, truck, heavy equipments repair, maintenance and parts supply availability.

Qualification :

* Male
* Minimum Diploma Degree in Mechanical Engineering
* Having working knowledge of drilling rigs, cars, trucks and heavy equipments
* Having minimum 5 years as senior mechanic or mechanical supervisor in coal mining industries is an advantage
* Mature, highly analytical, good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills at drilling area or workshop environment in supervisor role
* Good knowledge of computer applications
* Fluent in English both oral and written
* Willing to be stationed anywhere in Indonesia
