Qualifications:

Key accountabilities:
· Assist in monthly manufacturing closing, management reporting and monthly reconciliations
· Manage fixed asset within the plant and inventory stock counting
· Ensure compliance to Corporate Controller's Guidelines / Policy and meet Statutory Requirement
· Assist in monitoring & analyzing cost associated with manufacturing and related activities and variance analysis, proper implementation and compliance of cost center accounting and proper inventory management
· Assist in budget preparation and cost forecast
· Any add-hoc duties as assign by management.
Qualifications
· 4-5 years solid experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with a multinational firm/ big four accounting firm;
· Good knowledge in general & cost accounting, Indonesian reporting requirements, tax reporting requirement and US GAAP;
· Proactive, eager to learn, team player, detail-oriented, open-minded and task oriented;
· Has a good coordinating skills are essential as is the ability to work on and progress a number of issues simultaneously;
· Fluent English communication skills;
· SAP experience is preferred;
